Rob's real estate business is focused on working with sellers and buyers in the North and East Phoenix Valley, with a special emphasis on Scottsdale and his home base in Stonegate, Scottsdale Ranch and the surrounding neighborhoods in Central and North Scottsdale. As a Realtor, and former corporate lawyer, Rob has been responsible for nearly $3,000,000,000 ($3 Billion) in lifetime transactions, including commercial real estate transactions and residential real estate transactions.

As a seller's agent (your listing agent), I undertake a number of actions to sell your home for the highest and best price and in the shortest timeframe possible in light of market conditions. As a buyer's agent, I take a number of actions to help you identify and purchase your ideal home for the best price possible considering market conditions. I will engage in numerous activities devoted to finding your new home, including, but not limited to:
Listen to and understand your specific housing wants and needs, and provide you with various tools to assist you in the home search, including MLS search portals (if desired), community and neighborhood home data
Provide you with a market analysis of your desired neighborhoods and help you determine the best strategy for obtaining your ideal home in light of your motivations, timetable and current market conditions
